MEE Award
The MEE (Making Ellis Exceptional) award is given monthly to an employee who lives and represents the core values (Safety, Compassion, Excellence, and Stewardship) in their daily actions and responsibilities. Each day, awardees help Ellis Medicine provide the highest quality of patient care, deliver outstanding customer service and promote our mission to meet the healthcare needs of the community with excellence.
Employee Recognition Celebrations
These events honor employees for each five years they have worked with the organization, as well as quarterly MEE Award recipients. Ellis Medicine is proud to not only have many workers who have been with us for 5, 10 and 15 years, but also to have many workers who have been with us for 30, 35 and 40 plus years! The long list of veteran employees and MEE Award recipients demonstrates that Ellis Medicine is a great place to work.
