Surgical Services

Ellis Medicine offers advanced surgical services on all three of its campuses: Ellis Hospital, Ellis health Center and Bellevue Woman’s Center. Performing more than 16,000 surgeries each year, Ellis’ surgeons are supported by specially trained physician assistants, nurses, surgical technicians, anesthesiologists, and other support staff.

Our surgical teams have the state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical technology and tools they need to provide high quality care in a safe environment to ensure the best outcomes possible. Both day and inpatient surgery programs are available (inpatient surgeries require more than a 24 hour stay at the hospital).

Minimally invasive procedures are performed in a variety of areas, including bariatric, breast, cardiac, neurologic, orthopedic and vascular, among others.
