Patrick L. Kehoe, Esq.
Patrick
L. Kehoe became a member of the Ellis Medicine Board of
Trustees in June 2008.
Mr. Kehoe is senior vice president, general counsel, and
corporate secretary for the New York Racing Association,
Inc. (NYRA), which is America's premier thoroughbred
racing association, generating wagering handle of
approximately $3 billion each year. In addition, Mr.
Kehoe serves as a trustee of NYRA Inc., the successor
corporation to the current NYRA, for purposes of
completing that entity's emergence from Chapter 11 and
winding up the affairs of the former corporation.
Previously, he held the following positions: senior
assistant counsel to Governor George E. Pataki;
assistant counsel to the Governor; counsel to NYS
Senator Joseph R. Holland; and legal clerk for the NYS
Assembly Minority Leader.
Mr. Kehoe earned his law degree from Syracuse University
College of Law and his bachelor's degree in political
science from Siena College. Mr. Kehoe is a member of the
American Bar Association and the New York State Bar
Association, and he is admitted to practice before all
courts in the State of New York and the Federal District
Court for the Northern District of New York.
