Richard B. Toll, M.D.

Richard B. Toll, M.D. became a member of the Ellis Medicine Board of Trustees in June 2008.

Dr. Toll is a physician and partner with Capital Care Medical Group, LLC, specializing in internal medicine and geriatrics. He is an attending physician at Ellis Medicine, Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital and Hilltop Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Toll also provides leadership to the Quality Improvement Committee at the Ellis Residential & Rehabilitation Center (Ellis Medicines nursing home).

Dr. Toll earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, Albany, NY, and completed his internship and residency at Albany Medical Center. He earned his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.

He holds membership in numerous professional organizations, including the Medical Society of the State of New York and the Medical Society of the County of Schenectady. Dr. Toll is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine (Geriatrics) and the National Board of Medical Examiners.
