National Patient Safety Foundation's Stand Up Program

Ellis Medicine is proud to demonstrate its commitment to patient safety as a member of the National Patient Safety Foundation's Stand Up for Patient Safety program. Ellis is dedicated to making patient safety an integral part of the hospital's culture through implementing various safety and quality programs and engaging clinicians and staff across the organization in these efforts. These efforts are also the cornerstones of the Stand Up program.

The Stand Up for Patient Safety program has grown to include more than 400 health care organizations across the United States that work collaboratively to share strategies and information on best practices.

The National Patient Safety Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organization founded in 1997 and dedicated to improving the safety of Americas health care system.
